We are rapidly expanding throughout the DMV, and we seek an entrepreneurial sales associate to help us grow our catering and wholesale divisions. Food Truck Operator: At Maki Shop Food Truck, we strive to provide a healthy, unique choice for customers outside of our restaurants. We want all people to have a quick, nutritious option at events throughout town, out on the lunch line, or at their own personal event. Working on the food truck demands flexibility, a sense of humor, and the ability to provide stellar customer service within an instantaneous time frame. We are growing fast and are looking for friendly, hard-working people to grow with us!  We will reimburse for half the cost of the required food handler’s license.

Shift Leader: The Maki Shop Japanese Kitchen Shift Leader is responsible for the daily operations of our Maki Shop stores. We strive to create an environment for staff that is challenging, rewarding, and fun. We expect our team to provide exceptional customer service while looking for ways to improve in all areas.

Production Team: At Maki Shop, we strive to create an environment that is challenging, rewarding, and fun. We are growing fast and are looking for friendly, hard-working people to grow with us! We are hiring team members to prepare food at our commissary kitchen, creating from scratch all the products needed to stock our shops, our catering orders, and our wholesale accounts. Team members will work off our production schedule, chopping and prepping produce and fish, making batches for our soups and proteins, and creating maki hand rolls, among other tasks.
